Nick!

Nick

So as many of you know, and for those of you that do not know yet, Nick has gotten a new job! He is working for a company called Omniflight. He will be flying in Roswell, New Mexico. He has finally made it to his goal of flying EMS helicopters. I am so proud of him!! This is such an exciting thing for him and for our family. He has worked so hard to get where he is today, and he deserves every second of it. The determination that boy has is out of this world...NOTHING NOTHING will stop him if he puts his mind to it. WOW, Hun ya did it:) You are AMAZING!!

Madisons Baptism

So this was the 2nd Baptism in 2 months for us... were professionals! Yep, were thinking of making a business of baptism planning and performing. HaHa.

This was Madisons turn, and it couldn't have been a better "proud mom moment". She was so excited and we are so proud of her. She is truly an amazing gift from above:) I am so proud to be able to say that she is my daughter. She will never know just how she has made my life brighter and happier.

My Sadee

I've fallen in love:) Don't tell my husband, but I think he may have some serious competition. OK OK so my new love is my baby Sadee ( our Great Dane puppy ). She is hilarious with a capitol "H". Her favorite thing is playing in the leaves in our backyard. she puts her head down on the ground and just runs full speed. She also likes to make mom mad by bringing into the house practically full branches of leaves, granted she sets them down by my feet ( maybe they're gifts). But today she did the funniest thing ever, at dinner time she carried her food bowl over to me and just waited for me to open the cupboard that she knows her food is in and then set her bowl down on the ground for me. Kids do the darndest things!!

Halloween!

Tyson was a vampire, Madison was a 50's girl and Dakota was a ninja. And we attempted to get costumes on the dogs.... but that didn't appear to be an easy task. Lesson learned!!

Madisons Birthday!

Madison had her 8th Birthday Party last week, and boy did we have fun! Picture 10 screaming kids playing games in halloween costumes, pumped up on sugar. And Dad loving every minute of it!!!

Madisons Birthday!

We had a baby!!

Ok, so she has four legs and sleeps in a crate and eats out of a bowl. But shes OUR baby!! Her name is Sadee and she is our Great Dane puppy. What a way to break in a new house, right?? She is 15 weeks and in that fabulous toddler phase that we all know and love. Pretty much into everything. Her favorite things right now are eating sticks in the backyard and climbing on her sister(lexi)!! She weighs about 26 lbs. But that won't last long. She is amazing with the kids and of course loves it at 2am when dad gets home and she gets to get up and play( little booger)!

The new house!!

We are so excited to be in our new house. It took what seems like forever to get into. But TOTALLY worth it:)

Tyson:)

So most of you have already heard the news, Tyson is getting Baptised! The date is August 29, and we are so excited. This is such an awesome thing for Ty, he is the coolest 8 year old(boy) I know right now. I have to share a funny with ya, we had Tysons interview with the bishop last week. And he asked Ty if he knew who baptised Jesus Christ, Ty answered MORONI! Nope, said the bishop, John the Baptist. Ty didn't skip a beat and replied DANG-IT!! It was all Nick and I could do to keep from laughing. But thats just a little peek into the way that Ty is. He is so eager and always ready to learn new things. Even though it gets him down when he doesn't always get the answer right, he is so smart! little booger probably knows more than I do about the book of mormon. hehe
Im excited to be his stepmom! I can't think of another little boy I would rather call my amazing son!!!!!

I'm EXHAUSTED!!
Who ever said that moving was fun? I would like to tell that person a thing or two about that! Heres the scoop, we are moving right next door. So thats a piece of cake, right? WRONG! I'm packing up the entire house( ALONE, nick is at work this week) Convenient? hehe, I LOVE YA BABE! Unfortunately our house won't be ready to move into until the second week in August, that means we pack everything into boxes( to walk it 100 feet, and put it into the garage of our new home) and then we live with our amazing and wonderful family members that have graciously offered out basements for two weeks. And then......if all goes as planned, we get to officially move in. So I have spent the past couple days frantically packing and throwing stuff away(when a certain little 7 yr old girl isn't looking, cause boy don't we need every piece of homework from 1st grade?). Needless to say, it looks like a bomb has hit our once cute, clean, organized home:) But when it comes down to it, and underneath all my stress .... I am so excited to be buying our first home. HOW EXCITING!!! It is everyTHING I could want in a home. And more important everyONE I could ever want in my home!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICK!

I thought I would take a second to let the world know that I have the most amazing husband in the world:) He has a way of lifting me up when I am down. Making me smile when all I want to do is be angry. All he has to do is wink those cute eyes at me and YEP....I MELT! He is the best dad any kid could ask for, a husband that I always dreamed of finding one day. I am so grateful for having him in my life, he makes me want to be a better person. I hope that he knows how special he is and how much he means to me. I Love you for always and eternity:)
Happy Birthday Sweetheart!!

Kid at heart:)

DAD.......can I please have my
scooter back now?

SCHOOLS OUT!!!

School is out! Let the FUN begin:)
In an effort to keep the kids insanely
busy(so as not to make us completely
pull our hair out) we have been
getting outside to play whenever we can.
This weekend we went to Silver Lake,
the kids loved it because there was
still snow around the trail.
It was COLD!!!!!!

We went Hiking with some friends to this waterfall. They brought along their two HUGE dogs. Nick is now in love, and diligently trying to convince me that we should have one( they're expecting puppies next month). Our kids could ride this dog!!

Hiking!!

We went hiking up to Bridal veil falls this past weekend. Nick thinks this picture is hilarious because we took it of ourselves.

Tyson!

Tyson decided that soccer wasn't his "cup of tea" this year. So he cheers on the other two. Afterall, someone needs to keep my chair warm for me! hehe

Dakota playing soccer!

Koda is probably the biggest boy on his soccer team this year! He has scored practically every goal for his team. He is a mini-nick all the way!!

madison playing soccer!

Madison has had so much fun playing soccer this year! She even tried out for Sparta and made the team(PROUD DAD MOMENT)! Its pretty amazing to watch her play, clearly she did not get her coordination and athletic capabilities from me:)
